Accessibility
Crown & Crest is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience, both at our location and through our website.
We are working to align the website with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA used as our current design and development target.
OUR APPROACH
Our ongoing accessibility work includes attention to:
- Clear page structure and headings
- Keyboard navigation
- Visible focus states
- Readable type and color contrast
- Descriptive links and controls
- Labels and instructions for forms
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and text resizing
- Avoidance of unnecessary motion or interaction barriers
- Compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Content, technology, third-party services, and user needs change over time, so we continue to review and improve the experience rather than claiming that every page or interaction will always be completely free of barriers.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some functions, including appointment booking or payment, may be provided by third parties such as Square.
Crown & Crest does not control every aspect of those third-party platforms, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered while reaching or using them from our website. When possible, we will help identify an alternative way to obtain the same information or service.
REQUESTING ASSISTANCE
If you have difficulty accessing information, booking an appointment, submitting an inquiry, or using another part of the website, please contact us.
It is helpful to include:
- The page or feature involved
- A description of the problem
- The browser or device being used
- Any assistive technology involved
- Your preferred way for us to respond
We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to investigate the underlying issue.
PHYSICAL OR SERVICE ACCOMMODATIONS
If you need an accommodation for an in-person visit or service, please contact Crown & Crest before your appointment when possible.
We will discuss the request with you and make reasonable efforts to support access, comfort, and effective communication consistent with the service and applicable law.
